SESSION FOR HEALING:

This session is specifically done for those in need of healing some physical or emotional pain. Every cell in your body has an intelligence of its own. I’ve studied cutting edge information, which takes a fresh look at our biology at a cellular level and how the internal coding of the cells contain all the necessary blueprints to restore and repair the body. In essence, your cells know what to do, but you need to command them. We work with an energy force that travels through your body and heals any physical and emotional pain. It moves to through the body, rebalancing and realigning both emotional and physical ailments. (See top of page for pricing)

SESSION FOR TEENAGERS:

If you have a teenager, you know how difficult it can be for them to navigate social situations. The pressure to fit in can make them feel like they are losing parts of themselves and this can wreck havoc down the road. If you have a teen, and you see them struggling, this might be the perfect solution. Hypnotherapy sessions, along with coaching, can be extremely empowering. The more self-esteem and inner confidence your teen has, the better able they are to handle any stressors that come at them. It is not a matter of removing the stressors, but rather, changing the way they perceive themselves and giving them tools to help maneuver through stressful situations with greater ease. PAST LIFE AND HIGHER SELF SESSION:

This is the session that can help you understand yourself at a soul level. Using the techniques I’ve learned, I am able to help you travel back to past lives. There may be things that come up that are holding you back in your current life. We can resolve this so you can move forward with a clean slate. We are also able to call forth your highest self. From this point, you will be able to understand patterns and lessons from your past life or loves, the reasons why you came into this life, as well as any other information your higher self feels you need to know at this time. A RESET SESSION:

If you’ve already had a full session and are (experiencing a time) having a day where things just aren’t going you way, and you just need a reset, this session is for you! It is an hour long and basically we do just that. We go in and reprogram your mind so you leave the session feeling energized and ready to take on the day. Think of it like a bit like self care. Like booking a massage, or a spa day…but for your mind. This session lasts and hour and is less than all the regular sessions. $149

MANIFESTTION SESSION:

In this session, we will use the power of hypnosis to bring your manifestations forward quicker. It is a perfect segue to program your subconscious mind to bring into your life what you desire. 

We will come up with a list of everything you desire and the take the steps under hypnosis to accomplish this. It is a powerful way to face track your aspirations. 

This session is also very relaxing and leaves you feeling energized! This session is also an hour and therefore less as well. $149

SESSION FOR ACTORS:

As someone who used to act, back when I lived in Hollywood, before having kids…I can certainly relate to this world. It is not an easy place to stay centered and grounded in. This session is for anyone who wants to get back to the truth of themself, who may be looking for answers, who wants to build confidence, and wants to reprogram their subconscious to gain access to greater depth and feeling in their acting. This is definitely a game changer. $195

COACHING SESSION:

This is done by phone call, not zoom. If you are going through difficulties and need someone to talk to and help guide you to find what you are searching for, this session is perfect. This session is also perfect if you are already in a good place, but want to be the best version of yourself you can be and need someone to walk this path with you. I have many, many ideas on this topic and we could work out a plan of action together that will make a big impact in your life. 

$150 per session or $325 for a package of three.
